Oracle Application Testing Suites cannot start to install on Oracle EPM server

Hi Experts,

We tried to install OAT 13.2.0.1 on a EPM 11.1.2.4 server but we cannot process further when we press next page.

We tried to install in different EPM servers and all of them would exit after we press next.

We also tried to install OATs on another server which is purely a clean machine without any Oracle instance and we can process to installtion type page.

Is there any pre configuration we should set for OATs installation on EPM servers?

We do not get any error code and message from installation program.
