Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Windows 2016 installation hanged in KVM due to 100% cpu

Hi,

I am trying to install Windows 2016 in the OEL KVM. However the installation hung and we found that cpu was 100%.

Please let me know if this is due to a bug..
