Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Unable to update amount on withholding invoice for negative amount

While updating the invoice amount on withholding invoice, we are getting the below error:

APP-SQLAP-10144: Enter a value greater than or equal to zero.

Witholding invoice was automatically generated with negative amount for a credit memo.

Can anyone please help?
