Can we create a Non standard WIP Jon through Quality

Hi All,

We have a requirement to create a Non-standard WIP job through Quality plan while entering WIP inspection details.

In Quality action I can see that there is option to create a maintenance workorder, however it is not working (Reason could be we do not have eAM  - enterprise asset management).

Can any one help if we can create a non-standard work order on our case.
