Scheduled Reports stuck in Running and then Cancelling status

Hello,

We are on OBIEE 11.1.1.7.150120 on Linux, 64 bit.

We have a number of scheduled BI Publisher reports that ftp the output to the OBIEE server in a specific directory. One of these reports got stuck in "Running" status for the last few days. Each day an instance of the job as launched and got stuck in Running status.

When I noticed it and selected these jobs and clicked on Cancel Running Job button, now these jobs show the status of Cancelling. See screenshot below. Not sure how to get rid of this.

If you have seen this behavior before, please point me the right direction to get this resolved. I did verify that the report and schedule works by submitting the same job using the submit as new button and it worked just fine.
