After RPC5, problems with BPA updates filtering through to iProcurement

Hi,

We're on R12.1.3, and since we applied RPC5, we have an issue where we can create a new BPA, and add lines to the BPA, either via Core Apps, Buyer Work Center or via Catalogue Upload.

When we do that, data for those BPA lines appear in these 6 tables:

po.po_lines_all

po.po_attribute_values

po.po_attribute_values_tlp

icx.ICX_CAT_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES

icx.ICX_CAT_ATTRIBUTE_VALUES_TLP

icx.ICX_CAT_ITEMS_CTX_HDRS_TLP

However, for any BPA updates, while the PO line data is updated here:

po.po_lines_all

po.po_attribute_values
