Is there a way to change the value in the 'Value/From Range' field under Tax Rules?

Hi All-

We recently set up some new tax rules for Canada. When defining the Rule Type, 'Determine Tax Applicability', under 'Conditions', we entered the wrong value for the field called 'Value/From Range'. We need to change this value but we can't see any way to do so. Before opening an SR, does anyone know if it's possible to modify this rule once it's been saved? I attach a screen shot, indicating the field we need to update.
