I would like to add support for this enhancement request, as I can see that it would be very useful when using 'transfer' type replenishments (per P46100) for missing and damaged stock etc.

When 'moving' a problem quantity out of a picking location, to ensure accuracy of stock that can be picked for orders from that location, there is no good process for dealing with quantities that are identified as having a problem.  This is a weakness in the current processing, and this enhancement would improve the situation, as it would allow the quantity to have a 'transfer/replenishment' created for it to a generic location, which could then be overridden to a suitable location by whoever is assigned the work for the movement of these 'replenishments'.
