Does Microsoft Project integration to Oracle Projects handle Budgets as well ?

we have both of the above applications, we maintain approved budgets in Microsoft projects and collect all the costs in R12. Wanted to know if the budgets send over to oracle projects using MSP to OP integration ? We want to send first creation of budgets and then any changes after wards.
