Issue Code 'I' in BOM (P3002)

Hi,

I observed that when issue code is set as 'I' (i.e. Manual Issue) in BOM (P3002) and there exists a record in F300211 for that Parent Item & Branch (in BOM) then after doing Item Completion through PF31011, LC and LM records gets created in Cardex (F4111) irrespective of whether the Processing Option - 'Refresh Production Records' is set to 'Blank' or '1'.

Should it not be that if Issue Code is set to 'I' (Manual Issue), then system should not create LM records i.e. do not issue child Item automatically? (i.e. only LC records should be created)
