Can we implement data transformation alongwith with REST API Data service call?

Hi,

There is a business requirement to call only Data (Business Object) services of Siebel IP2018 REST API layer. And they need to transform the data in Siebel that will be received from the 3rd party before calling the REST data service. How can we implement this business requirement?
