How To Delete One Time Address From Purchase Order

How can a One Time Address be deleted from a Purchase Order schedule?  End user performed the following steps and is now unable to remove the One Time Address.

  1. Entered a One Time Address on each PO Schedule
  2. Dispatched PO
  3. Generated Changed Order by selecting a ship to from the
    ShipTo location field
  4. Dispatch PO
  5. PO Dispatch Continues to Display One Time Address on PO

End user tried to use the delete icon on the address but after navigating back into the PO, it is still displayed.

How can the One Time Address be deleted and/or not be printed on the PO?
