ad_zd_prep is invalid with compilation errors

RDBMS : 12.1.0.2

Initial Version of R12: R12.1.3

As per Doc #E73540-03 Upgrading database R12.0 and R12.1 to R12.2  (started with R12.1.3)

Can I ignore and continue to apply the "Online Patching Enablement Patch, 13543062 R12.AD.C" ?
