Accounting entry Issue with Operating lease before migration

Hi,

We are on PUM 28 and planning to migrate leases to new standard. Since, no CI is present for LA, we are planning to add leased assets before the migration. However, for lease type of OPERATING, we are getting the below error on trying to save. Though Addition of CAPITAL lease works without issues

I have rechecked the accounting entry templates are they seem to be be fine. Are new cost types required before the migration.?
