How to find IP address from where a concurrent program is submitted?

Hi All,

In one of our test instances, we multiple people using the same user id. Recently, we noticed that someone has modified functional configuration which resulted in submission of a standard program (General Ledger Accounting Setup Program).

We are trying to figure out the I.P address of the person who submitted it. Could you please help in getting I.P address based on concurrent request id? Is it possible to find I.P address or some other identifiable attribute to figure out who submitted that particular request ( I've the concurrent request id)?
