Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. JDE E1 :Facing different issue in WSJ ,Using JDE E1 XE version

Dear All,

We are using ERP JDE XE version. now we are getting different issue in WSJ.

I have restarted JDE services . After that we are facing different issue in WSJ.

In WSJ reports all scheduler reports are processing fine. When user trying to run new report ,new reports are still waiting on yesterday onwards.

Again today morning I saw all scheduler reports are processing fine but when try to submit new repots , all reports are in waiting status only.

I getting confessed even as my role is Admin I am also submitting test report still in waiting status.

Could you please help me on this ,What is the reason for this, How can I try to resolve this type of different issues.
