Can Agile be configured to work between the 2 domains?

All,

My company recently acquired another and am trying to find an easy way to get users into the Agile LDAP world.  We are not planning on eliminating either domain for now so my question is can Agile be configured to work with 2 domains and if so can anyone point me in the direction of how to do it?
