Flex ASM: ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (120) exceeded

Hi guys!

I'm facing a possibile issue on a production cluster 12.2 composed by two nodes with ASM in flex configuration:

asmcmd showclustermode

ASM cluster : Flex mode enabled

srvctl status asm -detail

ASM is running on node01,node02

ASM is enabled.

ASM instance +ASM2 is running on node node02

Number of connected clients: 0

Client names:

ASM instance +ASM1 is running on node node01

Number of connected clients: 0

Client names:

crsctl stat res ora.asm

ora.asm

      1        ONLINE  ONLINE       node02                   Started,STABLE

      2        ONLINE  ONLINE       node01                   Started,STABLE

      3        ONLINE  OFFLINE                               STABLE

Since last week +APX instances are getting ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (120) exceeded.
