Need to ignorePrereqs when using submit_add_host

My department supports several databases, so we have automated registering the databases within OEM.  At this time, we are moving from OEM 12c to OEM 13c.  We are also attempting to include the entire fleet of databases, some of which are on standalone Solaris servers.  When attempting to register these servers, the procedure is halted with the following error in the prerequisite phase:

OverAll Status : Remote Prerequisite Checks completed with warnings.

*              Oracle Solaris on x86-64 (64-bit)  Succeeded       Warning                     Not Run                   Enterprise Manager won't monitor Oracle Solaris Zones on the current O/S.
