Should I run 'Calculate ROU Asset and Liability balances with streams' in final mode for each period starting Jan-2017 till before transition period?

Because when I ran for Jan-2017 the output says

Number of failed leases: 0

Number of successful leases: 9

Number of processed leases: 9

When I ran for Feb-2017 it says

Report Parsmeters

=================

Ledger Name : XXX

As Of Date : 28-FEB-17

Run Mode : Final

  

Error:

Process the calculation for a different As of Date as there are no eligible leases for the specified period.
