Finance lease SLA setups for ASC842

Dose any one has setup-by-step SLA setup instructions for finance lease. I have setup the SLA as per ASC842 new events provided by Oracle it worked fine for Operating lease, however when I create a finance lease the create accounting has an unbalanced journal entry, not sure what I have missed
