PO Acknowledgement API to modify shipment, PO Acknowledgement API to modify shipment

Getting Order Confirmation from external system to Oracle and there is a Header value passed "Details" that can apply for Accept or Reject.

The Details indicates that the Accept or Reject is at the Shipment level but the standard PO_CHANGE_API1_S.record_acceptance API only shows header information.  Looking for mapping requirements or API to transform Details to look for Accept / Reject at the shipment level.
