Running CGBootstrapUtility manually fails on Migrate Installation from IP2016 to IP2017

Hello All,

We have been working on performing a migration from IP 16.19 to 17.0

We have successfully installed the SMC and we are able to log on.

When we moved to the SES installation this is where we faced some issues.

Using the GUI from oracle all was successfully performed, but that is not the case. We have to run the CGBootstrapUtility since we have Siebel installed in a different directory in our case D drive (2317145.1).

Unfortunately when we run the command line it takes a while until it is finished but it doesn’t provide any output, so when we check the BootstrapLog.txt it contains this:
