Team,

we are getting ORA-04031: unable to allocate 20664 bytes of shared memory ("shared pool","unknown object","KGSKI schedule","KGKP cache") .upon checking in Support the issue due to an bug which is fixed in 12.1 version.

my question is we already upgraded database to 12.1.0.2 but still we receiving this..can we fix this by increasing the memory?
