Is there a way I can capture the payroll_action_id in the fast formula?

At the time of payroll run, I am storing some values in a temporary table, I would like to know if the payroll_action_id can be captured when the payroll is processed.

Is there any DB item or other means how the payroll_action_id can be obtained in the fast formula.
