User do not have access issue

Hi,

We are using the OTM 6.4.2 on a Env with two servers.

But we face an issue: Sometimes when the user login the system, the system may report exception: You do not have rights to access xxxServlet.

Then when user re-login, they will not be able to login OTM. The issue is "can not connect to server".

the issue does not happen everytime, normally it happens when user created a new user role/user and we confirm that the right functions had been assigned to the user level. . If we clear the cache, the issue might be gone temporarily.

So Are there any projects faced the same issue before? Are there any cache configuration may help on this? The clear cache method does not always resolve the issue. Any suggestion on this?
