ORA-00020: maximum number of processes

On 1 node of my RAC (2 nodes), this error has been flushed in alert log of ASM:

ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (360) exceeded

ORA-20 errors will not be written to the alert log for

the next minute. Please look at trace files to see all

the ORA-20 errors.

And ASM is not avaiable to connect, list diskgroup and select any table on that node.

My DB is integrated with OEM Cloud Control.

So in this case, how can I get over this issue?

What should I do to prevent this issue happened is future?
