How to replicate the data from Xstore to Xcenter from Custom table?

following Steps we have done:-

1.  Created  same table in both side (xstore  & Xcenter)

2.  Created the .dtx file based on the table attributes.

3.  From above .dtx file generated the auto generated classes like Model, DBA,DBO.

4. Created the jar file of above auto generated classes and  put this jar into the Xstore/lib.

5. In DtxReplicationConfig.xml we have added the package name under the  subscriber tag in Xstore.

Please suggest  the exact steps   to achieve data replication of custom table from Xstore to Xcenter. if any modification are required in above steps please guide me
