Workaround to allow users to cancel a WO on the Mobile App

Hi,

The Mobile eAM App does not support the cancellation of a work order out-of-the-box.

Users can only set the WO status to 'Complete'.

The eAM FAQ states that "For technician role access, the update WO option is not enabled and this is as per current design of Mobile App."

I would like to know whether there is any workaround for this limitation?

Can we alter existing responsibility definitions and add specific functions to them to extend the LOV showing the statuses on the Mobile App?

Any other suggestion you're aware of to include this functionality?

Would there be any plans by Dev to enhance the Mobile App to allow WO cancellations?
