empty analyze output

Hi all,

can it happen that the analyze command does not output anything? Even cycling through different types is still empty:

root@hap002.dom.local [+ASM] ~ > tfactl analyze -type generic -verbose

WARNING: Tracing level not specified

Default level of tracing is enabled.

This is definetly different on other hosts. I'm on a single node 12.1.0.2.170814 EE database with GI 12.1.0.2.170814 with ASM and TFA 183000 (build id: 20180808135947). The TFA Installation did not detect any installed tfa respositories, so it installed in a separate directory. The machine has 8 databases with DataGuard (this node is the primary one), but only one database is found in the summary:
