Webcenter Imaging - Cache issue while viewing a very large (300+ pages)

Webcenter Imaging - Cache issue while viewing a very large (300+ pages) document after uploading .

There is a cache memory issue happening for the use case when an user upload a very large document( 341 pages pdf ) file and then try to view in the imaging viewer. Download is correctly downloading the file with all pages.

Here is the error message -

"

A cache exception occurred. J2EE JOC-044 An exception is occurring in the method. CacheAccess.get Error transforming document J2EE JOC-043 base exception: There was an error launching the external transformation process: /tmp/cache8873868761004917201.pdf Error : 3 - filter DLL couldn't allocate enough memory
