P48013 new PO values related ESU

Hi

We are working in E9.2 , tools release 9.2.2 .  Have noticed that oracle has introduced new PO value to invoke R31410 from P48013 in latest tools release 9.2.4. Understand that this functionality is introduced to attach parts list and routing at time of work order creation in a single step. Would like to know which ESU contains this P48013 PO changes. Can you share the ESU details.
