Changes in Asset Depreciation process in image 26

On going through FSCM 9.2 image 26, have found feature with bug ID 26609756, which is about the changes in depreciation process. But the changes are not specified anywhere. Did not get any related documents as well. Please provide the new features or changes in the depreciation process in image 26.
