EBS R12.2 Multi Node Install - Installing 10.1.2 Tools patches error

Hi,

  I get the following error while running the rapidwiz install at the Application Node.

Any ideas or suggestions to resolve this ?

Installing 10.1.2 Tools patches.

Using /u01/oracle/VIS01/fs2/inst/apps/VIS01_kc1demoebsas01/temp/xmldocs/instToolPatches.xml
