IP15: HTTPS Outbound webservice

Hi,

We are on IP 15.3.0 and on Unix. We are trying to trigger a outbound HTTPS (EAI HTTP Transport) , but it looks like we cannot HTTP call securely in IP15. Can you please suggest me on what to be done to get the service called securely over HTTP.

The service works fine in HTTP with no issues.

Please suggest me on what kind of certificates to be applied , so I can call the HTTPS outbound. Thank you.

Just to add, I am trying to understand how to follow similar instructions on Chrome. We are using Chrome to access the application.
