Pricing by UOM

We have a need to create two prices for a single item -- 1 if the item is sold in EA, and a different price if the customer buys the same item by the pallet.  Ultimately, I'd like to be able to set up both prices in the P4106, and then have it pull the unit price based on whatever unit of measure is entered on the sales order. 

The constants are set to pull based on pricing UOM, which is set to EA.  When I enter a sales order with a UOM of PL, it's taking the unit price for EA and using the conversion to come up with the price per pallet, instead of using the price that is set up for UOM PL.
