E1 - F0902 in Summary/F0911 in Detail

I know you can use PEC=S so that accounts with subledgers will post to the F0902 in summary, but is there a way to have those same accounts post to the F0902 in summary, but have the subledger be optional? 

I saw this question posed previously, but the bug that was listed referenced World, so I thought I'd check to see if this functionality exists in E1.
