Single LE vs Multiple LE pros and cons

Hi,

We have three process manufacturing Operating Units (OU) in UAE for which we are designing organization structure and are considering to go with either single Legal Entity (LE) or multiple Legal Entities (LE) for the three OUs. We needed to know all the pros and cons for both the scenarios in terms of transactions and reporting. Kindly suggest. Thank You.
