2 accounts are using site credit check profile while others are using account level credit check
Orders of 2 accounts got credit check hold every time when user books the order.(Never happened until last 1,2 months)
Message: Credit check hold applied. Order limit exceeded, Overall limit exceeded. Using site credit profile. Booking activity has done credit checking using Ordering level credit check rule.
But according to collection report, it't not over the total credit limit.
Need advise on the cause analysis.
Site use ID found in hz_customer_profiles indicating that customer is using site level credit limit setting.
