ora.helper in the 18c

in the 18c ,i find a new resource name is ora.helper,how to use this resource?  what is this resource do ?

[grid@prod05 ~]$ crsctl status resource ora.helper

NAME=ora.helper

TYPE=ora.helper.type

TARGET=ONLINE

STATE=ONLINE on prod05

srvctl disable nodeapps [-gsdonly] [-adminhelper] [-verbose]

i find this  srvctl command, to say this : -adminhelper  Optionally, you can use this parameter to disable the Administrator helper only.  waht is adminhelper?
