"Error occured in Post-intallation tasks" while installing IP2016 Tools in Windows 10

Hi,

While installing IP2016 Siebel Tools , we encountered error that says "Error occurred in Post-installation tasks" after "Installing Oracle Database XE" step. Could not find any other clues.

This was on Windows 10. Can anyone help us on this?
