Contact records not displayed for the PDQ

Hi,

When we navigate to Contacts Screen-->All Contacts, one of the PDQ is triggered but no record is displayed. But if we do a blank query and then select the same PDQ, records are returned.

Expression in PDQ is : 'Contact'.Search = ""

Owner Field in PDQ :  SADMIN

Private Flag in PDQ : N

Has anything changed in IP 18  because its working in IP 14 .
