Xstore V15 hanging at the time of receipt printing when SIM server down

Dear Community,

Xstore version 15 hanging (not moving to next page staying in same page) while clicking at PRINT ONLY option, This xstore integrated with SIM , when xstore hanging at that time SIM server was offline  , once SIM server up then xstore working smoothly( not handing)

For reference when xstore log hanging when SIM server down :
