Smart View times out after updating Registry

Hello,

After getting a new computer, one of the user's Smart View consistently times out when pulling up a large file. We have applied the following registry fix but it did not resolve the issue.

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]

"KeepAliveTimeout"=dword:00180000

"ReceiveTimeout"=dword:00dbba00

"ServerInfoTimeout"=dword:00180000

The SessionManagerTimeoutInMS is set to 720000.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? Are there other things I should be looking at?
