Output Post Processor issue - Actual 0, Target 2

Hi All,

We were getting Actual = 0 & Target = 2 against 'Output Post Processor'. We restarted the process.

Now getting below message in Service Info area:

'3470734: 2 service threads running'

While the Status is 'Restarting' since long and the Actual & Target both are '0' now.

Please guide, how to rectify the same.
