Siebel configurator script on Cfg_AttributeChanged is not working with if/else block.

We have written a script to remove items depending on the value of an attribute '4G'.

Attribute is always set to No by default (application side).
So by default Router NO Hibrido is added to the order + its child (added by RCOIS before
customizing, added as user selected).

Then inside econfigurator the user manually changes to
Yes: So Router Hibrido should be added and the NO Hibrido (added before
customizing) should be deleted. It is working fine.
Issue comes when also the other way should be added, that user changes again
the attribute manually to NO, so automatically the NO Hibrido Router should be
