Best way to migrate and upgrade 11.2.0.3 to 12.2.0.1?

Oracle RDBMS 11.2.0.3 and 12.2.0.1

Hi,

Planning to migrate and upgrade an old 11g database. Customer want as low downtime as possible (as always).

Datapump takes way to long as I cant even import in parallel.

Any one done this with Golden Gate (yes, we have license)?

Any ideas and pointers are much welcomed.
