Can Normal Item be capitalized at 'Lot Cost' through Asset Tracking

Hi,

We are currently using Average Costing Method in Inventory and planning to implement Oracle Asset Tracking. One of the key accounting requirement is that normal items issued from Inventory/OAT to Projects/FA should be capitalized at the Lot Cost and not at the Item Average Cost. Can we achieve this requirement through OAT/IB?
