Need to Encrypt Database Dump Export in Oracle 11g Standard Edition One

Hello All,

I have scenario is that in Production Database Server I have License of Oracle 11g Standard Edition One.

.

Now i want to make my Database Backup through Expdp encrypted for security purpose and same will be decrypted while importing database at  other server.

I have searched for the same there are ways

TDE, Passphrase and Hybrid (TDE + Passphrase).

But read the docs which shows that thewy are not available with Standard Edition One.

Are they not available for Standard Edition One??

and What is the alternate Way for  it??

What is Passphrase is it useful for standalone Database Server???
