How to aggregate a dimension?

My issue in EPBCS is that we added a new account, and it shows in certain forms (income statements, basically) but not in our P&L form.

Looking at the P&L form layout, everything seems to be fine. The account member is included in the layout's hierarchy. Other accounts at the same level of the hierarchy appear on the form.

I opened an SR, and this was the response: "Your Product dimension needs to be aggregated."

How does one go about doing this? I have ran all Business Rules that should cause aggregation to happen, and the account still doesn't show on the P&L. Also, the Execute Aggregation system job will not help because that's for ASO cubes, and this is a BSO cube.
